Manufacturing

A fabric hall, also known as a tent hall, textile hall, or large tent, is a type of mobile prefabricated hall that can serve as a substitute for a permanent structure in many respects. Its greatest advantage lies in the modularity of its structure and fabric panels, which can be assembled in individual modules. The complexity of production, assembly, investment, and building permits is much lower than that of permanent structures. At the same time, it almost always meets all the requirements for the intended use. It is suitable for almost anything.

We manufacture both the structures and the fabric cladding itself. We have our own range of load-bearing aluminum profiles. The fabrication of PVC fabric cladding is performed using both hot-air and modern high-frequency methods. We source aluminum, steel, and fabric components exclusively from reputable European manufacturers. The entire product comes directly from our factory, including all necessary certifications.

Tent halls feature a gable roof, a modular aluminum structure, and segmented fabric cladding, making them suitable for the quick and cost-effective construction of permanent structures, particularly storage facilities. Tent halls are ideal for a wide range of applications requiring quick and easy roofing, such as fabric halls and mobile halls. Furthermore, no building foundations are required; a flat, paved surface is sufficient.

Our modular system is ideal for permanently covering large areas. The system allows for the construction of lightweight, prefabricated fabric tent halls or clusters of such halls. Thanks to the modular design, the total area of the hall can be easily adjusted to the desired size using individual modules. The total roofing area adapts to the width and length of the individual modules, ensuring flexibility and efficiency in space planning.

The warranty on our fabric halls is 5 to 7 years.

Aluminum-steel structure

The supporting structure of fabric tent halls is made of special grooved aluminum alloy profiles and steel connectors (see diagrams). The structural ribs are stacked one behind the other in individual modules, forming a compact structural unit. The structural ribs are reinforced, allowing them to better withstand outdoor weather conditions and snow loads. The structure can thus be easily adapted to the specific snow load zone in the installation area.

All structural components are surface-treated: aluminum profiles are anodized, and steel parts are galvanized. The complete assembly forms a rigid, self-supporting ribbed structure (there are no internal supports within the structure).

Fabric cladding

The hall’s fabric cladding is made of coated PVC-coated polyester fabrics, which are characterized by high strength and are completely resistant to weather and rain, ensuring good light transmission and color fastness.

The roof and side walls of the fabric cladding are guided through individual structural modules thanks to special profiled grooves and PVC guide straps.

The tensioning of the tarpaulins is ensured by a double mechanism, which guarantees the tarpaulin cladding’s excellent resistance to outdoor conditions.

All cladding components are movable—removable or foldable (like curtains).

Individual side panels can be fitted with windows made of special frost-resistant film.

We offer a wide range of accessories for tent halls (doors, gates, sliding walls, etc.—see below for details).

The color scheme of the cladding can be specified according to current color charts.

Solid wall cladding

In addition to traditional fabric wall cladding, we also offer rigid cladding for our structures: the walls can be made of trapezoidal sheet metal or PIR sandwich panels, while the roof remains fabric.

Heated indoor spaces for storage, manufacturing, animal husbandry, or sports, featuring sheet metal or panel wall cladding, ensure the consistent comfort and safe environment required for these purposes.

Assembly of tent structures

Thanks to its modular design, the hall can be easily modified by adding or removing individual segments to achieve the required length, or to create a connected system of halls.
