FORUM Alfa tent halls are our main production program. Custom production is based on standard dimensional series of modular aluminum structures with segmented tarpaulin cladding, which can be further adapted to your requirements. Other names for this product are tent hall, textile hall, and large tent.

Production

A fabric hall, also known as a tent hall, textile hall, or large tent, is a type of mobile prefabricated hall that can replace a permanent structure in many respects. Its absolute advantage is the modularity of its construction and fabric, which can be assembled in individual modules. The complexity of production, assembly, investment, and building permits is much lower than for permanent structures. At the same time, it almost always meets all the requirements for the intended use. It is suitable for almost anything.
We manufacture both the structures and the tarpaulin cladding itself. We have our own range of load-bearing aluminum profiles. The PVC fabric tarpaulin cladding is processed using both hot air and modern high-frequency methods. We source aluminum, steel, and tarpaulin semi-finished products only from reputable European manufacturers. The entire product comes directly from our factory, including the necessary certifications.
Tent halls have a gable roof, modular aluminum construction, and segmented fabric cladding, and are suitable for the quick and inexpensive construction of permanent structures, especially storage facilities. Tent halls are ideal hall structures for a wide range of uses that require quick and easy roofing, fabric halls, and mobile halls. In addition, no building foundations are required, only a flat, paved surface.
Our variable modular system is ideal for permanent roofing of large areas. The system allows you to build lightweight prefabricated textile tent halls or systems of such halls. Thanks to the modular design, the total area of the hall can be easily adjusted to the required size using individual modules. The total roofing area is adapted to the width and length of the individual modules, ensuring flexibility and efficiency in space design.
Our fabric halls come with a 5 to 7-year warranty.

Aluminum-steel construction

The supporting structure of textile tent halls is made of special grooved aluminum alloy profiles and steel connectors (see diagrams). The supporting ribs of the structure are stacked one behind the other in individual modules, forming a compact structural unit. The structural ribs are reinforced, making them more resistant to outdoor weather conditions and snow loads. The structure can thus be easily adapted to the snow zone in the area of installation.
All parts of the structure are surface-treated, with aluminum profiles anodized and steel parts galvanized. The overall assembly then forms a solid, self-supporting ribbed structure (there are no supports inside the structure).

Tarpaulin cladding

The fabric cladding of the hall is made of coated PVC-coated polyester fabrics, which are characterized by high strength and are completely resistant to weather and rain, guaranteeing good light transmission and color fastness.
The roof and side walls of the tarpaulin cladding are guided in individual modules of the structure thanks to special profiled grooves and PVC guide straps.
The tarpaulins are tensioned by a double mechanism, which ensures the tarpaulin cladding is completely resistant to outdoor conditions.
All cladding parts are mobile - removable or sliding (like curtains).
Individual side parts can be fitted with windows made of special frost-resistant film.
We offer a wide range of accessories for tent halls (doors, gates, sliding walls, etc. - see below).
The color of the cladding can be specified according to the current color charts.

Solid wall cladding

In addition to classic tarpaulin wall cladding, we also offer solid cladding for our structures: the walls can be made of trapezoidal sheet metal or sandwich PIR panels, while the roof remains tarpaulin.
Heated storage, production, breeding, or sports hall spaces with sheet metal or panel wall cladding ensure the constant comfort and safe environment required for their intended purposes.

Assembly of tent halls

Thanks to its modular design, the hall can be easily modified by adding or removing individual segments to achieve the required length of the hall, or to assemble a connected system of halls.
