Production

The practical system of shade sails provides effective protection from the sun and rain and is suitable for covering a wide variety of areas such as terraces, separate areas, and the immediate vicinity of buildings.
The basic roofing consists of a PVC sail in the shape of a triangle or quadrangle, anchored at each corner. The anchor points are fixed and cannot be moved. The parabolic edges of the sails are tensioned using ropes and corner steel flanges with stainless steel tensioners. This method of tensioning ensures that the sails are slightly pre-tensioned, providing high stability in windy weather and easy dismantling.
The sails do not billow and can therefore be used all year round, but without snow load.
Removing the sails for the winter will extend their service life.
The tarps are tensioned to pre-prepared columns, house anchors, or adapted frame structures.
The system combines a unique and individual roofing method, adapted to the given object and anchoring possibilities.
The inner part of the PVC sail can be made of PVC mesh. In this variant, the sail serves to protect against the sun and only light rain, with 75-90% effectiveness in shading against the sun.
