We offer pop-up tents for rent in sizes 3 × 3 m and 3 × 6 m. Both options are suitable for both outdoor and indoor use depending on the nature of the event and can be supplemented with side panels, weights, anchors, connecting gutters, and other accessories.

A major advantage is the speed of setup. Thanks to the scissor-fold design, the tent can be set up in approximately 5 to 10 minutes, without complicated assembly and without the need for equipment.

We rent out the two most popular models of pop-up tents.

3 × 3 m pop-up
tent When folded, it measures approximately 160 × 30 × 30 cm and weighs about 40 kg, including the cover.

3 × 6 m pop-up
tent When folded, it measures approximately 160 × 50 × 30 cm and weighs about 60 kg, including the cover.

The steel counterweight weighs approximately 15 kg.

The tents typically fit into a station wagon or SUV after folding down the rear seats. This makes in-person pickup simple, fast, and cost-effective for most customers. In practice, it is also possible to transport the tent in a smaller station wagon.

Technical Information

Construction

The entire structure is already fully assembled and packed in a protective bag along with the roof tarp, so there is no need to assemble individual parts. 

The tent structure consists of surface-treated aluminum profiles, which ensure good strength, low weight, and easy handling. The sliders and spacers between the rectangular struts of the scissor system are made of solid, hard plastic.

Curtain

We rent sets of side cladding (4 tarps and a bag), each of which includes one tarp with an entrance.

The cladding is made of polyester with a polyurethane coating. The outer standing seams with “S” locks are additionally taped and guarantee waterproofing. The tarps come in silver to light gray and are suitable for general short-term use at events and gatherings.

Individual pop-up tents can be connected into larger configurations as needed using the tent eaves.

Installation and Handling

The tent can be set up in approximately 5 to 10 minutes. It is precisely this simplicity that makes pop-up tents ideal for customers who need to quickly provide shelter for an event, a booth, or a facility without time-consuming preparation.

Setup involves simply unfolding the weather-resistant frame and then easily attaching the side panels. Simply set up the tent with the roof tarp, secure it to the frame using the fasteners, and adjust the frame height; then secure it with anchor stakes or weights, which we will lend you if needed. 

Safe Use

When used outdoors, the tent must always be properly anchored or weighted down. This is important for safe operation and the protection of people and property in the vicinity.

In strong winds, storms, or other adverse weather conditions, the tent must be taken down immediately. Folding tents are intended for temporary use, and their safe operation always depends on proper anchoring, weighting, and appropriate handling.

WARNING: When used outdoors, tents must be secured against the elements! In the event of strong gusts, we recommend folding the tent immediately! The lessor is not liable for damages resulting from improper use or handling contrary to the instructions.

The entire process is simple and straightforward.

First, send us a non-binding inquiry. Simply specify the date, location, desired tent size, and any additional equipment. We will then send you all the details, including pricing and availability.

If you accept the offer, confirm your order by sending your billing information. This reserves the date.

Payment is typically made after delivery and signing of the handover protocol, usually via an invoice due within 14 days, or as agreed upon individually.

This means that the customer knows the price, terms, and date in advance, and the entire rental process is fast and hassle-free.
