Beta tents are most commonly used as sales and demonstration spaces, facilities for cultural and social events, tents for hosting presentations and receptions, mobile roofing for exhibition areas, service and sales spaces, presentation and advertising tents, or press centers. Thanks to sufficient anchoring and appropriately selected accessories, this type is also suitable for year-round use.

Dimensions

We offer Beta party tents for rent with a floor plan of 5 × 5 m. The standard eave height is 2.2 m. The tents can be connected to form larger units.

Roof Types

Beta party tents are available for rent in two roof shapes: Pavilion and Pagoda. Both variants feature a robust, freestanding structure and are suitable for both practical and representative events. The Beta product line generally includes other variants, but we offer these two types for rent. 

Important Specifications

The Beta rental party tent comes with 13 types of standard accessories, has a temperature resistance range of -30 to +70 °C, and can withstand winds up to 100 km/h. These specifications are suitable for outdoor events where structural reliability, durable covering, and safe operation with proper anchoring are essential.

The support structure of the party tents is made of special 50 mm diameter aluminum tubes with profiled grooves and steel connectors. All structural components are surface-treated: the aluminum profiles are anodized and the steel parts are galvanized. The assembled structure forms a rigid, self-supporting ribbed framework, so there are no internal supports inside the tent and the entire space can be fully utilized.

The advantage of this design is quick assembly using locking pins, where individual parts are simply snapped together. The entire process is performed without tools, which speeds up setup and simplifies both assembly and disassembly. We particularly emphasize simple and quick assembly with high mobility, which are very important features for rental purposes.

The fabric cladding is made of coated PVC-laminated polyester fabrics, which are characterized by high strength, resistance to weather and rain, good light transmission, and colorfastness. If necessary, transparent PVC film or PVC mesh can also be used, depending on the nature of the specific project.

The roof is tensioned in one piece using tensioners attached to the upper frame of the structure, and the side walls of the cladding are guided through individual structural modules via special profiled grooves and PVC guide straps. All cladding components are movable, removable, and, if necessary, can be spread apart, similar to curtains. The side panels can also be fitted with windows made of special frost-resistant film.

A major advantage of the Beta system is the ability to combine individual tents into larger units, creating a wide variety of roofing configurations tailored to the specific needs of an event. The standard 5 × 5 m size is suitable as a standalone tent, but by connecting them with eaves, individual tents can be functionally linked to create a larger covered space for visitors, staff, presentations, or sales.

From a rental perspective, other key features include quick, tool-free assembly; a freestanding structure without internal supports; high mobility; a choice of roof types; and versatility in cladding and accessories. With adequate anchoring and appropriately selected accessories, this model is also suitable for year-round use.
