Party Tent Accessories

Split side panels primarily serve as an entrance to a large tent or party tent, or as a ventilation section in cases where complete enclosure of the space is not required. They are made of fabric and can be closed using lacing or straps. The entrance side panel can be opened to the full width of the section.

Another entrance option is a canvas door in a single-leaf or double-leaf design, which is integrated into a steel frame and, depending on the configuration, can also be locked.

Upon request, we can provide fully transparent, frost-resistant PVC for nearly all parts of the tent’s covering, with the exception of the necessary hems. The transparent covering is particularly suitable for high-profile events where natural light, an elegant appearance, and an open, airy feel are important.

Vertical panels with plastic windows made of frost-resistant, mechanically durable film can be installed in the individual front or side modules of large tent structures. Both fully transparent panels covering the entire surface of a single panel and arched windows measuring 1.5 × 1 m with an internal grid pattern are available. Sheets with windows can be installed in any part of the greenhouse perimeter according to the customer’s wishes. Other shapes and sizes can be custom-made, and windows can also be equipped with blackout blinds.

Upon request, we offer digital printing on all cladding components. This printing is particularly suitable for promotional, advertising, and corporate events where brand visibility or visual consistency across the entire project is important.

Windows or empty sections of the tent can be fitted with mesh screens. This solution is ideal for situations where you need to reduce glare, improve thermal comfort, or create more privacy while maintaining the airiness of the space.

When setting up multiple tents together, we offer the option of connecting several tent structures into a single unit using a PVC tarpaulin canopy. This allows you to increase the total covered area and functionally connect multiple tents into a single, contiguous space.

We also offer fabric ceiling panels and wall hangings to decorate the interior of the tents. Various color options are available, allowing party tents to be customized for special occasions to suit the nature of each event.

As standard, we offer lightweight wooden flooring consisting of waterproof plywood panels and a joist grid fastened together with screws. Another quick-assembly option is PVC flooring grids, suitable for smaller party tents. For larger areas, we offer heavy-duty wooden flooring consisting of floor panels connected by aluminum profiles and supported by joists. As an add-on, you can order carpet installation in various colors. The flooring, together with the carpet, creates a pleasant and elegant atmosphere; a carpet sample book is available upon request.

The heavy-duty PVC flooring consists of rubber panels measuring 0.8 × 1.2 m and 43 mm thick. It features a non-slip finish, is joined using anchor grooves, has a total height of 4 cm, and is a floating system that does not require leveling. Heavy-duty wooden flooring consists of sturdy floorboards measuring 0.5 × 5 m, a beam grid, and grooved aluminum profiles. It has a height of 10 cm and is suitable even for very uneven or sloped terrain.

The beer set includes a table measuring 50 × 220 cm and two benches measuring 25 × 220 cm. The tabletops are made of durable solid wood with a stained and varnished finish. The reinforced folding arms are made of thick-walled steel profiles, ensuring stability and functionality even under heavy loads, such as at festival events. Sets with a length of 200 cm are also available upon request. The standard color of the folding arms is red.

Tents can be lit using LED bulbs or LED strips. Halogen or LED lamps are also available, which are typically installed on the top strut of the roof structure. Lighting helps create a functional and pleasant environment for evening events, catering, guest movement, and staff work.

We also provide standard adjustable mobile stages or low stages assembled from our flooring panels in various sizes. This solution is ideal for cultural and social events, presentations, grand openings, and other event applications.

We offer several options for heating tents, depending on the size of the space and the desired heating method. We offer a mushroom-shaped propane-butane infrared heater, suitable even for formal events; a gas blower as a direct heater with rapid heating effects, suitable for larger spaces; and a diesel blower as an indirect heater that uses heating hoses and is suitable for large spaces and very cold weather.

If you want to set up a party tent on a surface where it is not possible to anchor it, we offer a solution that involves ballasting the tents with water using special PVC bags or IBC containers. This is an important option for events on hard surfaces where standard ground anchoring cannot be used.
