Manufacturing

These sturdy prefabricated buildings are ideal for permanent use, such as for warehouses and agricultural facilities. The design specifications are developed according to the client’s requirements and the project documentation.

We design the MS hall system to order according to our clients’ needs, and it is suitable for permanent roofing of large areas.

We offer you the option to choose the span, length, and roof shape, with no fundamental size limitations.

The system allows for the construction of a robust prefabricated hall or a connected system of halls according to precise dimensional specifications.

The roof, side, and end walls of the prefabricated hall’s fabric cladding are stretched over the structure in a single piece using internal expanders. This ensures the fabric is fully tensioned in all directions and guarantees high pressure resistance of the entire cladding.

Steel structure

The self-supporting structure of the prefabricated hall is constructed using a combination of steel truss and HEB elements that are firmly connected to one another. The individual ribs of the structure are manufactured in various spans, with the option of extending the trusses to the desired total length and height. This allows for the achievement of the required covered floor area. No additional supports are required inside the structure.

The roof section is designed in a gable shape, either straight or curved.

All structural components are surface-treated with a synthetic coating.

Fabric cladding

The fabric cladding is made of PVC-coated polyester fabrics, which are characterized by high strength and are completely resistant to weather and rain; they ensure good light transmission and color fastness.

The color scheme of the cladding can be specified according to current color charts.

Side and front panels can be fitted with windows made of special frost-resistant film.
