Production

These robust prefabricated halls are ideal hall structures for permanent use, for example as storage halls and agricultural buildings. The design specifications are prepared according to the client's requirements and project documentation.
We create the MS hall system to order according to the needs of our clients, and it is suitable for permanent roofing of large areas.
We offer you the option to choose the span, length, and shape of the roof, the sizes of which are not fundamentally limited.
The system allows you to build a robust prefabricated hall or a connected system according to precise dimensional specifications.
The roof, side and front walls of the prefabricated hall's fabric cladding are stretched over the structure in one piece using internal expanders. This ensures that the fabric is completely taut in all directions and guarantees high pressure resistance of the entire cladding.

Steel structure

The self-supporting structure of the prefabricated hall is made of a combination of steel truss and HEB elements that are firmly connected to each other. The individual ribs of the structure are manufactured in various spans with the option of extending the trusses to the total length and height. This makes it possible to achieve the required roofed floor area. No additional supports are required inside the structure.
The roof section is designed as a gable, either straight or broken.
All parts of the structure are surface-treated with a synthetic spray coating.

Tarpaulin cladding

The fabric covering is made of coated PVC-coated polyester fabrics, which are characterized by high strength and are completely resistant to weather and rain, ensuring good light transmission and color fastness.
The color of the cladding can be specified according to current color charts.
The side and front panels can be fitted with windows made of special frost-resistant film.
