Pergola covers are designed to separate outdoor relaxation areas from their surroundings or to provide protection from wind, rain and direct sunshine. They are perfect to cover sides of pergolas and shelters. The canvas is made of materials with long service life for year-round operation.
Manufacturing
Custom manufacturing according to client′s needs. Side cover canvases are made of compact material or can be provided with foil windows in maximum width of 1.4 m. Another alternative is manufacturing from transparent foils which are only hemmed on the perimenter. All types of canvas may be provided with passages, blinds and rolling secured by straps. Anchorage of canvas can be done in several ways – always to the existing wooden or steel structure according to the respective conditions, e.g. by eyelets, straps, straps and shackles, expanders, edging etc. We will advice and design the most suitable solution. As a matter of course, we provide expert survey, assembly and subsequent service.
Material
The cover canvas is made of PVC fabric potentially completed by transparent foil. The properly designed way of canvas stretching to the existing structure ensures maximum resistance and strength in the respective attachment system and therefore trouble-free use during the whole service life. Sailcloth canvas is made of varnished PVC buil-up polyester fabric. Service life of the canvas is 10 to 15 years depending on the selected top material.
