Serge Ferrari FLEXLIGHT Classic 602: PVC-coated fabric, 100% PES fabric (9 × 9 weave), PVC coating with a weight of 650 g/m², highly stable Precontraint technology, closed double-sided varnish - increased moisture resistance and increased service life, waterproof, highly light-permeable, resistant to UV radiation and mold (tensile strength 2500 N/5 cm, temperature resistance -30/+70 °C). Flammability class B-s2,d0, EN 13501-1, DIN 4102 B1 M2. Service life approx. 10 years and more. Sails available in basic colors.

Split side walls are mainly used as an entrance to a large tent, party tent, or as a ventilation segment in cases where there is no emphasis on the enclosure of the space. They are made of fabric and can be closed with laces or stirrups. The entrance side wall can be spread to the width of the entire segment. Another entrance solution is to use canvas doors (single or double), which are incorporated into a steel frame and can also be locked.

On request, we can provide a very exclusive version of our cladding – fully transparent frost-resistant PVC for almost all parts of the tent cladding, except for the necessary hems, which are available in a range of colors.

Vertical tarpaulins with two foil windows made of frost-resistant foil resistant to mechanical stress can be installed in individual front or side modules of large tent structures. The windows are installed in vertical cladding and are standard arched in shape, measuring 1.5 × 1 m with an internal grid. We can manufacture custom shapes and sizes according to your requirements. We also offer the option of equipping the windows with blackout blinds.

Upon request, we also offer digital printing on all parts of the cladding.

Windows or empty areas of the tent can also be fitted with mesh screens.

When assembling several tents together, we offer the option of connecting several tent structures into a single unit using a PVC tarpaulin eave, thereby increasing the single roofed area.

Our range also includes fabric ceiling panels and wall hangings that serve as decorations for the interior of tents. Various color variations are available, and we can equip party tents for representative purposes according to
your wishes. 

Heavy-duty PVC flooring: consists of PVC rubber sheets measuring 0.8 × 1.2 m and 43 mm thick, with anti-slip treatment, anchor grooves serve as joints, total floor height is 4 cm, this floor is floating without height adjustment, load capacity is 900 kg/m².

Heavy wooden floor: consists of robust floorboards measuring 0.5 × 5 m, a beam grid, with grooved aluminum profiles serving as cross joints, the total height of the floor is 10 cm, High-load floor, can be leveled even on very uneven or sloping terrain, load capacity is 750 kg/dm².

As an accessory, you can order carpet in various colors. The floor and carpet together create a very pleasant environment for representative use of the tent. We will provide you with a carpet sample book upon request.

The beer set includes a 50 × 220 cm table and two 25 × 220 cm benches. Sets with a length of 200 cm can also be supplied on request. The table tops are made of durable solid wood with a stained and varnished finish. They have reinforced folding arms (legs) made of thick-walled steel profiles. The standard color of the folding arms is green, but they can also be supplied in light blue, red, or galvanized on request. The reinforced wooden boards and bases guarantee stability and functionality even under heavy loads, such as at festival events.

The lighting of the tents is provided by halogen or LED lamps, which are usually installed by placing two halogen or LED lamps on the upper strut of the roof structure.
 

We can also provide you with a standard adjustable mobile stage or a low stage assembled from our flooring of various sizes.

Gas Mushroom Heater: propane-butane heater is ideal for use in large tents, and thanks to its aesthetic appearance, it is also suitable for representative purposes

Gas blower: a direct heater with an effective and rapid effect, suitable for larger spaces

Oil blower: indirect heater, heating is provided by heating hoses, suitable for heating large spaces, guarantees warmth even on the coldest days.

If you want to set up a party tent on a surface where it is not possible to anchor it, we offer a solution that involves ballasting the tents with water using special PVC bags or IBC containers. This is an important option for events on hard surfaces where standard ground anchoring cannot be used.
