Covers and roof tarps - the developing ecological industry and agriculture more and more frequently requires application of simple and economic roof solution or side covers by industrial canvases serving for various purposes of permanent or temporary roofing (covering products). These specially designed tarps are mostly used to cover biological products or breeding animals from external effects or to prevent leakage of undesirable aspects of the actual production. Manufacturing
Each tarp is tailor-made according to client′s requirements, including recommendation of suitable material. Our experience with development and manufacturing of atypical orders guarantees perfectly functional solution of all cases such as canvas roofing of structures to house breeding animals and their runs, membrane roof tarps for silage and dungheaps, canvas cover of water treatment plants, sheathing of polytunnels and agricultural machines, separation partitions, roll-down canvas gates to cowsheds and piggery etc. As a matter of course we provide expert survey and subsequent service.
Material
Roof or cover canvas is made of PVC fabric stretched out by elastic-cord expanders, stretching bars or steel ropes to auxiliary or existing structure or otherwise anchored against external effects. Thus, maximum resistance and strength in the attachment system is secured. Sailcloth canvas is made of varnished PVC built-up polyester fabrics, in some cases with special surface finish, in order to meet all requirements on proper operation and long life service. Life service of the canvas ranges from 10 to 25 years depending on the used top material.
