How to deal with higher snow zones?

An example of a reinforced tent hall design with higher snow load capacity. Yes, we can do that too :).

Basic information

Use Storage space
Dimensions 10 x 24 m (side height 5 m)

Product Forum ALFA

In some cases, we are able to offer more robust tent hall structures that are suitable for the given snow area or at least meet the minimum safety parameters for operation in the given area. The structure is modified to a larger, more load-bearing base profile and the modular step is shortened to a smaller spacing.

For Izol 94 from Rychnov nad Kněžnou, we custom-made a hall with a span of 10 m, a length of 24 m, and a shortened modular step of 4 m, with a side wall height of 5 m reinforced with wall crossbars and a higher series of 90/170 mm load-bearing profiles. This modification achieves a snow load capacity of 100 kg/m² and above! This guarantees safe year-round operation of this building in the given area. The hall is set in a limited space. It is equipped with 4x4 m side sliding tarpaulin doors.
