The tent’s support structure is made of surface-treated hexagonal aluminum profiles that combine low weight, strength, and good resistance to normal weather conditions.

The sliders and spacers between the rectangular struts of the scissor system are made of hardened plastic or solid cast iron, depending on the model. The entire structure is already fully assembled, so there is no need to assemble individual parts; setup simply involves unfolding the structure.

The AL Classic series offers a standard, proven solution for everyday use. The structure consists of hexagonal aluminum profiles and rectangular arms connected by sturdy joints and fasteners made of hardened, flexible plastic. The result is a durable and sturdy structure that remains easy to handle.

The AL Pro series is a more robust version designed for demanding operations, frequent handling, and heavier loads. The design utilizes thicker aluminum profiles and solid cast iron joints, which increase overall durability and service life even under intensive use.

The canopy panels are made of 100% polyester with a 300 g/m² PVC coating, which ensures water resistance and UV stability. The roof covering and side panels are made of the same material with the same finish, giving the entire structure a cohesive and functional appearance.

Available colors include: white, cream, beige, yellow, silver, orange, red, blue, green, brown, light blue, light green, purple, pink, and coffee. Thanks to this selection, the tent can be tailored to match corporate branding and specific applications.

Printing

The folding tent can be fully printed. Full-surface thermal sublimation printing is used for this purpose. Graphics can be prepared using provided templates or custom-designed.

Scissor tents can be customized to suit specific operational needs and aesthetic preferences. Our product range includes:

• patches for roof eaves or Velcro eave banners in lengths of 2 m, 3 m, 4 m, 4.5 m, 5 m, 6 m, and 8 m,
• sky banners above the front of the tent in sizes 600 × 80 cm, 300 × 40 cm, 300 × 80 cm, and 300 × 100 cm,
• PVC or mesh windows, with or without roller shades,
• a side panel for a counter,
• zippered entrance,
• insect screens,
• connectors for two tents, rain gutters between tents, and spare parts.

The package also includes accessories that make it easier to transport, use, and securely anchor the tent. Specifically, the following are included:

A major advantage of pop-up tents is their exceptionally simple setup. The special pop-up mechanism significantly simplifies handling and allows for quick setup without the need for tools. The roof remains attached to the frame, which speeds up the process and enhances convenience during repeated use.

The side panels are attached to the tent using Velcro and non-separable zippers with two-way sliders. The Velcro backing is located on the inside of the tent’s roof collar. The side panels can also be attached separately to the poles using Velcro. This system ensures quick setup and practical flexibility to suit specific needs.

Every pop-up tent must be properly anchored to ensure the safety of people and property. On hard surfaces, use steel weights or gravel bags; on soft surfaces, use stakes driven directly into the ground or secured with straps. Proper anchoring is essential for safe use and the long-term reliability of the tent.

CAUTION: When used outdoors, tents must be secured against the elements! In the event of strong gusts, we recommend folding the tent immediately!

On hard surfaces, it is anchored using steel weights or gravel bags; on soft surfaces, using anchor hooks or straps. Proper anchoring is always necessary for safety.
