PILOT, v.o.s. is a design studio focusing mainly on company and product visual identity (logotypes, visual style, printed materials, leaflets, catalogues, ...).
The visual presentation includes Internet presentation. PILOT studio therefore has its web studio engaged in design, development, operation and creation of Internet presentations.
The Internet presentation will be based on the aPilot publishing platform.
aPilot is a complex publishing tool which can provide all you need for effective operation of modern Internet presentation from small websites, company catalogues and e-shops all the way to extensive web portals. aPilot is neither software nor hardware where you have to take care of installation, service and updating, setting of the server and securing of the system. Publishing platform aPilot is a service that will look after your presentation.
One of the basic requirements of modern websites is the possibility of easy editting (texts, pictures, goods, prices ...). Such requirement is met by traditional editting systems offered in great number by many different producers. Some are free of charge, some of them are paid. All of them, however, have one feature in common: it is a software that needs to be installed on hardware (server) and then regularly serviced. As any software, these editting systems are offered in various versions and require updates (mostly paid for) or patches. All these processes must be in somebody′s competence and they are never included in any budget.
The aPilot platform offers different solution.
It is a service where the updates are included in the basic offer and the web operator is not budrened with care for software and hardware up-to-dateness.
