Construction

  • The supporting structure of party tents is made of special aluminum tubes with a diameter of 50 mm with profiled grooves and steel connectors.
  • The advantage of this structure is quick assembly using locking pins, where the individual parts are simply snapped together. The entire process is carried out without the use of tools.
  • All parts of the structure are surface-treated, with aluminum profiles anodized and steel parts galvanized.
  • The overall assembly then forms a solid self-supporting ribbed structure (there is no support inside the structure).
  • The service life of the structure is at least 30 years.

Cladding

  • The fabric covering is made of coated PVC-coated polyester fabrics, which are characterized by high strength and are completely resistant to weather and rain, ensuring good light transmission and color fastness.
  • The roof is stretched in one piece using expanders into the upper frame of the structure, and the side walls of the cladding are guided in individual modules of the structure thanks to special profiled grooves and PVC straps.
  • All cladding parts are mobile - removable or sliding (like curtains).
  •  Individual side parts can be fitted with windows made of special frost-resistant film.
  • The color design of the cladding can be specified according to the current color charts.
  • Printing on tarpaulin cladding in the form of full-surface UV printing
  • The service life of the cladding is approximately 10 to 15 years.
