It all starts with the overall project, continues with the manufacture of the product (construction including cladding) and ends with professional installation. With this type of roofing, longer preparatory work is required to ensure that the whole thing is properly designed and constructed. The final design then reflects the customer's requirements and our technical capabilities.
Custom manufacturing, including strength tarpaulins, allows for various atypical types of roofing that are suitable for year-round operation with sufficient anchoring.

Production

Forum Kappa party tents are based on the Forum Alfa and Beta modular system, enhanced with additional non-standard components that can be interconnected. This allows us to create various shapes of party tents according to the client's specifications.

Construction

The supporting structure of party tents is made of special grooved aluminum alloy profiles or steel profiles and steel connectors, designed according to specific requirements.
All parts of the structure are surface-treated, aluminum profiles by anodizing, steel parts by galvanizing.
The service life of the structure is at least 30 years.

Cladding

The fabric covering is made of coated PVC-coated polyester fabrics, which are characterized by high strength and are completely resistant to weather and rain, guaranteeing good light transmission and color fastness.
Individual side panels can be fitted with windows made of special frost-resistant film.
The color of the cladding can be specified according to current color charts.
The service life of the cladding is approximately 10 years, and up to 20 years for top-quality materials.
