Production

We specialize in custom manufacturing of PVC roof and front tarpaulins according to specific designs for arched halls. The tarpaulins meet the conditions for year-round operation and are in a reduced flammability group. They therefore comply with occupational health and safety legislation. When the tensioning system is correctly installed, the tarpaulins can withstand both rain and snow conditions.
We will measure the structure, remove the old tarpaulin, and install a new one. We will install a new roof tensioning system to ensure maximum durability and stability in all weather conditions.
Tarpaulin roof cladding is usually tensioned into the structure using internal tensioning rods and retractable straps, while the front tarpaulins are tensioned using rubber expanders.
The cladding is made of coated PVC-coated polyester fabrics, which are characterized by very high strength. They also guarantee good light transmission and color fastness.
