Solid wall cladding

The parameters of rigid wall cladding (after determination of the type by the customer) are specified by the manufacturer and depend on the spans of the tent halls.

Trapezoidal wall sheets (T18|T35, etc.)

These are made of steel sheet, which is hot-dip coated with a layer of aluzinc or zinc. Alternatively, they may be finished with certain types of paint in various colors and surfaces. Some trapezoidal sheets can also be configured with anti-condensation or perforation treatment (for acoustic attenuation).

General parameters of trapezoidal wall sheets (T18/T35)

Construction/total widths:

870/913 mm | 1035/1078 mm

Lengths:

0.5 – 7 running meters at a thickness of 0.50 mm/0.5 – 8 running meters at a thickness of 0.70 mm

0.5 – 9 running meters at a thickness of 0.50 mm/0.5 – 12 running meters at a thickness of 0.70 mm

Thicknesses: 0.50 – 0.80 mm | 0.50 – 1 mm
Surface finishes: galvanized | polyester, polyurethane, galvanized, aluzinc

PIR insulating wall panels

These are commonly made from various foam, cotton wool, and other fillings that form the core between two metal shells. The fillings differ in terms of thermal insulation, moisture permeability, flammability, and surface treatment of the shell.

General parameters of PIR sandwich wall panels

These depend on the selected material and its properties, as agreed with the customer.

NOTE: The basic parameters are only general illustrations of the types of materials we use, which may vary depending on the order!

Entrance strips on a cable

Sliding entrance rails on a cable are suspended using roller bearings on guide cables and are part of split canvas side panels. The fastening system allows for easy spreading of the canvas and also meets the requirements for lockability of entrance canvases. An effective and fully functional solution in terms of cost.

Entrance strips on a rail

Sliding entrance rails on the track are suspended using industrial rollers on guide rails and are part of the split canvas side panels. The fastening system allows for easy spreading of the tarpaulins and also meets the requirements for lockability of the entrance tarpaulins. This system is more robust and easier to operate than a guide cable. An even more effective and fully functional solution in the mid-price range.

Doors

Steel frame construction with a stretched canvas or trapezoidal sheet metal. Single-leaf canvas doors for personnel and fire escape, 2.1 x 1.1 m, with standard or panic handles available. Double-leaf canvas doors for personnel, 2.1 x 2 m, where greater permeability is required.

Sliding doors

Internal sliding doors with a steel frame and canvas filling can be moved along a console rail using industrial rollers. The auxiliary supports are made of aluminum profiles and have a zinc coating. Lockable.

Ventilation openings

Ventilation openings are located in the gable surfaces of fabric halls. They are made of materials that prevent the ingress of mechanical impurities. In adverse weather conditions, the openings can be closed with a roller shutter. They ensure the equalization of outdoor and indoor temperatures and, to a certain extent, prevent water vapor condensation inside the halls. Wall vents can also be installed.

Lighting

The lighting of fabric halls is usually provided by LED fixtures placed parallel to each other in the roof section of the ridge joints. The intensity of the lighting depends on specific requirements. Connection can also be made with an electrical switchboard and inspection.

Connecting passages

The connecting passage is a steel or aluminum prefabricated cage with a zinc and anodized finish. The upper part is designed with a gable roof, canvas cladding anchored with aluminum grooved strips and keel strips. The connection between the existing building and the tarpaulin hall is made using anchor brackets and consoles, while the floor anchoring itself works via footings. The system provides a connection between the tarpaulin hall and the existing building, or between two tarpaulin halls.

Partitioning of halls

If necessary, we offer partitioning solutions to divide the interior of the hall into several separate units. Passageways can be installed in the partitions.

Gutters

When assembling several textile halls together, we offer the option of connecting individual structures into a single unit using sheet metal gutters (troughs), thereby increasing the uniform roofed area. This gutter system also works when connecting the hall to an existing building. Alternatively, it can be used independently where water needs to be drained. The installation of the gutter must be consulted with the manufacturer in advance.

Insulation for winter, preventing condensation

If you need to use the tarpaulin hall as production space requiring temperature control during the winter months, we offer an inner insulating tarpaulin layer that prevents heat loss. This doubles the hall's cladding, and the air gap between the top and bottom tarpaulin layers prevents heat loss and possible water condensation in the roof during large temperature differences. This modification enables trouble-free winter operation with optimal temperature conditions.

Bottom edging

The standard modular construction system for tent halls does not allow for the insulation of the lower edge of the cladding against water seepage at the load-bearing feet. This modification serves to prevent rainwater from seeping into the interior of the tent hall at the lower edge. This involves extending the bottom edge of the cover sheet and welding the support feet with canvas. The extended part of the canvas is then drained into the ground or outside the building area. The modification must be consulted in advance and depends on the structural readiness of the building foundation. The exact design is then determined accordingly.

Roller doors

Standard roll-up tarpaulin, slatted, and sectional doors. Controlled by an electric motor or manual crank. Remote control and safety entry sensors available. Dimensions according to individual suppliers' options. Door installation must be consulted in advance.
